By downloading, installing, or using Denkfield, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
Denkfield is a free-to-play territory game supported by advertising. We reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue any part of the game at any time.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must provide accurate information when creating an account. One account per person. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
You agree not to exploit bugs, use automated tools, reverse-engineer the app, or interfere with other players' experience. Any attempt to manipulate game systems, leaderboards, or ad interactions is prohibited.
All content in Denkfield, including graphics, code, game mechanics, and text, is owned by the developer. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the app without written permission.
Denkfield displays ads through third-party ad networks. We are not responsible for the content of third-party advertisements. Interacting with ads is voluntary.
Denkfield is provided as-is, without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any loss of game progress, data, or any indirect damages arising from use of the app.
You may delete your account at any time through the in-app Settings (Danger Zone section) or by visiting denkfield.com/delete-account. Deletion is permanent and removes all associated data.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany.
