Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of the Denkfield mobile application ("the app"), developed and operated by HayHay Lab ("we", "us", "our"). By using the app, you agree to these terms.
1. Using Denkfield
Denkfield is a free-to-play strategy game supported by advertising. You may play as a guest or create an account. You must be at least 13 years old to use the app.
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. We are not liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized access to your account.
2. Your account
When you create an account, you choose a display name and provide an email address. Your display name is visible to other players on leaderboards. You agree to choose a display name that is not offensive, misleading, or impersonating another person.
We reserve the right to remove or change display names that violate this rule, and to suspend or terminate accounts that repeatedly violate these terms.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use cheats, exploits, automation, bots, or any modified version of the app
- Attempt to access other players' accounts or data
- Interfere with the app's servers, network, or infrastructure
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the app
- Use the app for any unlawful purpose
4. Game progress and virtual items
All in-game currency (Dk), territory, soldiers, and progression exist only within the game and have no real-world monetary value. We do not guarantee the permanent availability of game data. We may modify game mechanics, economy, or progression at any time to improve the experience.
5. Advertising
The app displays ads provided by Google AdMob, including optional rewarded ads. Ad content is determined by Google, not by us. Your interaction with ads is subject to Google's terms and privacy policies.
6. Intellectual property
All content in the app — including artwork, icons, maps, text, code, and game design — is the property of HayHay Lab or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the app without our written permission.
7. Disclaimer
The app is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. You use the app at your own risk.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, HayHay Lab is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the app, including loss of game progress, data, or revenue.
9. Account deletion
You can delete your account at any time through Settings → Delete Account in the app, or by emailing support@denkfield.com. Deletion is permanent and removes all your data. See our account deletion page for details.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The "last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Germany.
