Privacy Policy
Denkfield is a mobile strategy game developed and operated by HayHay Lab ("we", "us", "our"). This policy explains what information we collect, why we collect it, and how you can control it.
By using Denkfield you agree to this policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
1. Information we collect
Account information. When you create an account, we collect your email address, display name, and password. Passwords are handled by Firebase Authentication and are never stored in plain text. If you play as a guest, we create an anonymous account with no personal information attached.
Game data. We store your game progress on our servers, including your territory, cash balance, debt, league, prestige bonuses, and tutorial completion status. This is saved automatically so you can pick up where you left off.
Analytics data. We use Firebase Analytics (provided by Google) to understand how players use the game. This includes events such as tutorial completion, league ascension, and session activity. Firebase Analytics may collect device identifiers, app version, operating system, and general usage patterns. We do not collect your precise location.
Advertising data. We use Google AdMob to show ads. AdMob may collect your device's advertising identifier, IP address, and interaction data (such as whether you watched a rewarded ad) to serve relevant ads. You can reset your advertising identifier or opt out of personalised ads through your device settings.
2. How we use your information
- To provide and maintain your game account and saved progress
- To authenticate you when you log in
- To understand how players interact with the game so we can improve it
- To serve ads that support the free-to-play model
- To respond to support requests sent to support@denkfield.com
3. Third-party services
We use the following third-party services that process data on our behalf:
- Firebase Authentication — account management and login
- Cloud Firestore — game save storage (hosted in the EU, region eur3)
- Firebase Analytics — usage analytics and retention measurement
- Google AdMob — advertising
These services are operated by Google and are subject to Google's Privacy Policy.
4. Data sharing
We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with the third-party services listed above, and only as needed to operate the game. Ad-related identifiers may be shared with Google's advertising network to serve and measure ads.
5. Data retention
We keep your account and game data for as long as your account exists. Analytics data is retained according to Firebase Analytics defaults (14 months). If you delete your account, your personal data and game saves are permanently removed within 30 days.
6. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data, or to object to its processing. If you are in the European Economic Area, you have rights under the GDPR including the right to data portability and the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

7. Deleting your account
You can delete your account directly inside the app: go to Settings → Delete Account. This permanently removes your account, game saves, and all associated data. You can also request deletion by emailing support@denkfield.com. See our account deletion page for full instructions.
8. Children's privacy
Denkfield is intended for users aged 13 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided us with personal data, please contact us and we will delete it.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The "last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
