Denkfield is a mobile game developed and operated by an independent developer based in Germany. This policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your data when you use Denkfield.
When you create an account, we collect your email address and the display name you choose. We also store your game progress, including your territory, cash balance, league position, and settings, so you can resume where you left off.
We use Firebase Authentication (provided by Google) to manage your account, and Firebase Firestore to store your game data. Both services transmit and store data using encryption.
Denkfield displays ads through Google AdMob. AdMob may collect device identifiers and usage data to serve relevant ads. You can manage your ad personalization preferences through your device settings. For users under the age of consent, ads are served in a limited, non-personalized manner.
We use your data solely to operate the game: to authenticate your account, save and load your progress, and display ads. We do not sell your personal data to anyone.
We share data only with the services needed to run the game: Firebase (authentication and data storage) and Google AdMob (advertising). Both are operated by Google and governed by Google's privacy policies.
Your data is stored as long as your account is active. If you delete your account (through the app's Settings or by contacting us), your authentication record and all stored game data are permanently removed.
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us. If you are in the EU, you have additional rights under the GDPR, including the right to data portability and the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
Denkfield is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has created an account, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.
We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
